About this role

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading, supervising, and supporting our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. We value collaboration and teamwork, and as a clinical supervisor, you will work closely with our dedicated team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will act as a representative of Camelot, participating in interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings. Your hands-on leadership will include reviewing client charts and addressing any complaints or resolving issues that may arise. With an assigned caseload, you will also provide direct counseling, while having the opportunity to mentor and develop the clinical team. Gaining leadership experience within the team, you will have access to mentorship and professional development opportunities that will support your growth. Additionally, as part of our commitment to excellence, you work a rotating on-call schedule. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to our community.

Perks of this role:

  • $65,000-$70,000/year
  • Leadership experience

Does the following apply to you?

  • Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of IL; or willing and able to become licensed within six (6) months of hire
  • Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience providing services to children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic environment
  • Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance.
    • If relocating to Illinois - IL driver's license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
