Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Wage: $25.32 - $34.40/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical prints
- Use micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements
- Operate vertical mills and lathes

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma; some college/certification preferred
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to use and work on lifts and platforms
- Able to identify the manufacturer and model number of a specific component and be resourceful enough to obtain necessary documentation
- Understanding of pneumatic systems in automated equipment (how does a solenoid valve control a cylinder and how does the PLC control the solenoid valve)
- Experience with automated assembly equipment including work with PLC's, servo motion, vision systems, and pneumatic, electric and hydraulic actuators
- Knowledge of building electrical, single and 3-phase
- Mechanical background and skilled with hand and power tool operations
- Fundamental knowledge of AC and DC electrical circuits
- Electrical panel building is a plus
