Expected pay for this position is $21.30 - $25.05/hour.

Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor Surgery Cleaning & Support is responsible for the direct oversight of all Surgery Support Services personnel, operation, and coordination of department function. This role also actively collaborates with other leadership team members in the new hire life cycle - including interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating department personnel. In addition to oversight of personnel, this position is also responsible for effectively complying with regulatory standards, financial analysis of department operation, and collaboration with leadership team members to support the department in its daily function.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • High School/GED
• Experience:
  • Either 2 years in healthcare environmental services or custodial/janitorial field
• Other skills/knowledge:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • Associate's Degreee

• License/Certifications:
  • CSCT Certification or CHEST Certification

• Experience:
  • 1 year supervisory or lead experience
