Director, Healthcare Consulting***--IL, MN, AZ, CT

The Director, Health Care Consulting will provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in the area of Medicare and Medicaid plans and management with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth and/or improving the business performance of clients. This individual will actively participate in the client proposal process, including lead generation, opportunity identification, proposal writing and client presentations. The director will actively participate in all aspects of client work including project planning and execution, client presentations and issue resolution.

Additional responsibilites:
-Managing multiple priorities and strict timelines.
-Completing and delivering work product(s) in agreed-upon timeframe within the contracted budget
-Managing and developing client relationships as evidenced by positive client feedback and client engagement with repeated business.
-Completing all administrative requirements on time including time-entry, expense submission, client billing and others as requested.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Public Policy or other related area of concentration; Post graduate degree highly preferred
- 8 years of experience in the Health Care Consulting or Health Plan industry specializing in Medicare and Medicaid plans, specifically leading large scale and complex projects.
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Expert level of knowledge of concepts and methodologies in the health care environment.
